Below is a description of the various services that I offer as well as a brief description of each. Payment is due prior to each session. A Sliding Fee Scale may be available based on income.

When participating in individual therapy we will meet one on one in the office or participate in “Walking Therapy” based on your preference.  Common presenting problems include depression, anxiety, difficulty getting along with others, abuse, substance abuse and/or other difficulties.

Under most circumstances we will meet weekly for the best results.

Couples therapy entails working together toward the goals identified during the first session of therapy.  Some common themes in therapy include working through infidelity, difficulty communicating, and lack of satisfaction with the relationship.  This requires a commitment from both parties to be willing to trust in the process and maintain an open mind.

When 2 or more members of a family wish to improve their relationship with each other they may choose Family Therapy.  In addition there are blended families, divorcing families, or other situations where the functioning of the entire family has changed.  In these circumstances we  can work on reestablishing a new family culture where the members feel safe and able to express themselves.

Insurance Companies accepted include: MediCal, Medi-Care, CompCare, ComPsych, Aetna

Some insurance companies may reimburse a portion of the cost

Cash or Check payments are accepted

Cancellations:

All cancellations require a 24 hour prior notice or you may be charged for the session.
